Welcome to PunchNFIT Arena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PunchNFIT Arena website, VII Token features, Challenges, Store, and related services made available by VII Technologies, Corp. By accessing or using PunchNFIT Arena, creating an account, earning or withdrawing VII Tokens, or purchasing from the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PunchNFIT Arena.
Brand Name Clarification
PunchN, PunchNFIT, and PunchNFIT Arena are used interchangeably and refer to the same brand and related products and services offered by VII Technologies, Corp. PunchN / PunchNFIT / PunchNFIT Arena is a brand and is not a separate legal company. For simplicity, all will be referred to in these Terms as "PunchN."

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or use PunchNFIT Arena. VII Token features that involve real transferable value (earning VII from Challenges, connecting an external wallet, or withdrawing VII off-platform) are available only to users who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted in their jurisdiction to hold and transact in blockchain-based tokens. If you are under 18, you may still use non-monetary features (Fighters, Leaderboard, general Dashboard stats) where permitted, but wallet connection and withdrawal will remain disabled on your account. By using PunchNFIT Arena, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. The Service
PunchNFIT Arena is a companion web application to the PunchNFIT boxing/fitness game and connected hardware. It may include: • A live-updating Leaderboard and Fighters directory • A Dashboard showing your fight history, performance archetype, VII Token balance, and orders • Challenges against ANNA-lite fighters that can award VII Tokens on completion • A Bank page for connecting an XRPL wallet and withdrawing earned VII Tokens • An in-app Store for purchasing physical merchandise using VII Tokens We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.
4. VII Tokens: Nature and Risk
VII is a token issued on the XRP Ledger by the ONE ecosystem, used within PunchNFIT Arena as an in-app reward and store currency. • VII is not a security, investment product, or promise of future value. Nothing in PunchNFIT Arena should be interpreted as an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy an investment. • VII Tokens you earn or purchase have no guaranteed value, cannot be exchanged for a fixed amount of any fiat currency, and may fluctuate in market value, become illiquid, or lose value entirely. • Displayed VII prices for Store items are computed from a live third-party XRP/USD market rate and can change between the time you view a price and the time you complete a purchase. • PunchN does not custody your VII once withdrawn to an external wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. Lost, stolen, or misdirected wallet credentials cannot be recovered by PunchN. • Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. PunchN is not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect wallet addresses, network congestion, or XRP Ledger outages.
5. Challenges, Rewards, and Wagers
Challenges are skill-based gameplay sessions against ANNA-lite fighters. VII Token rewards for completing a Challenge are determined by in-game performance, not by chance. • Reward amounts, eligibility, and Challenge availability may change at any time and are not guaranteed. • You may not use bots, macros, exploits, multiple accounts, or any automated or unauthorized method to gain, inflate, or manipulate VII Token rewards, leaderboard position, or your performance archetype. VII Technologies, Corp may reverse rewards, reset stats, and suspend or terminate accounts found to have done so. • If any feature of PunchNFIT Arena is deemed a wager, contest of chance, or gambling activity in your jurisdiction, it is your sole responsibility to determine your legal eligibility to participate. VII Technologies, Corp may restrict, geofence, or disable access to reward-earning features in jurisdictions where they are not permitted, at its discretion and without liability.
6. Cheating, Fraud, and Account Revocation
VII Technologies, Corp reserves the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke any account, and to reverse, withhold, or reclaim any associated VII Tokens, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in cheating, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, using bots, macros, or unauthorized automation, manipulating Challenge outcomes or rewards, creating multiple or fraudulent accounts, or otherwise violating these Terms or any published policy. This right applies regardless of whether the violation is discovered during, immediately after, or at any later time following the conduct in question. VII Technologies, Corp is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action under this section, and its decision is final.
7. Withdrawals, Wallets, and Identity Verification
Withdrawing VII Tokens requires connecting a supported XRPL wallet (via Xaman) and, above certain thresholds, completing identity verification through our third-party provider, Stripe Identity. • Withdrawal limits, tiers, and verification requirements exist to manage fraud, abuse, and compliance risk, and may change at any time. • We may delay, hold, request additional information for, or decline a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, a Terms violation, a technical error, or a legal or regulatory concern, including anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. • Identity documents you submit are processed directly by Stripe Identity under its own privacy policy and terms; PunchN receives only a verified/not-verified result and does not store your submitted identity documents. • On-chain withdrawal transactions are recorded on the public XRP Ledger and are visible to anyone, including your wallet address and the amount transferred.
8. Store Purchases
Item prices in the Store are paid using your VII Token balance at the live VII/USD rate shown at checkout. Shipping is billed separately, by card, through Stripe, and cannot be paid using VII. VII Technologies, Corp reserves the right to: • Refuse or cancel any order • Limit quantities • Correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors • Discontinue products or variants without notice VII Tokens deducted for a purchase are not automatically refunded if an order is later cancelled; refunds, if approved, are handled at VII Technologies, Corp's discretion in accordance with applicable law and any published refund policy.
9. Accounts
PunchNFIT Arena accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account linked to your PunchN account and for all activity under your account, including any VII Token earned, spent, or withdrawn. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed. VII Technologies, Corp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including any associated VII Token balance held in that account, subject to applicable law.
10. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
PunchNFIT Arena, the connected game, and any performance content provided (including your fight archetype and statistics) are for general informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or health concern. Your use of PunchNFIT Arena and any connected hardware is at your own risk.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use PunchNFIT Arena for unlawful purposes • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the app, API, or Firestore data • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, wallets, or data belonging to others • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit PunchN content or catalog data without permission • Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful material • Impersonate another person or entity • Misuse Challenges, rewards, the Store, the Bank, or any wager-adjacent feature to gain an unfair or fraudulent advantage
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, fighter designs, gameplay data structures, visuals, software, and materials associated with PunchNFIT Arena are owned by VII Technologies, Corp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of PunchNFIT Arena does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
13. Third-Party Services
PunchNFIT Arena relies on third-party services, including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Stripe for shipping payment and identity verification, CoinGecko for live market pricing, Xaman (XUMM) for wallet connection, the ONE ecosystem for VII Token issuance, and the XRP Ledger. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimers
PunchNFIT Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PunchN makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, gameplay outcomes, VII Token value, or successful blockchain transaction settlement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VII Technologies, Corp, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, VII Token value, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of PunchNFIT Arena. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to PunchNFIT Arena will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to PunchN in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars ($100).
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VII Technologies, Corp and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of PunchNFIT Arena, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of VII Tokens or wallet features, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Termination
VII Technologies, Corp may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to PunchNFIT Arena, your account, or your ability to earn or withdraw VII Tokens at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PunchNFIT Arena shall first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts to resolve the matter. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
VII Technologies, Corp may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of PunchNFIT Arena after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
