Introduction
VII Technologies, Corp ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use PunchNFIT Arena, including its website, Challenges, VII Token Bank, and Store (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use the Service. We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date below when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Information We Collect
Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, and we create a player profile in our database (Firestore) linked to your account. Gameplay Data: Challenge results (fighter faced, win/loss, duration, combo attempts, accuracy, whether a fighter's weakness was found), leaderboard standing, and a computed performance "archetype" derived from your recent Challenge history. VII Token and Wallet Data: Your in-app VII Token balance, transaction and withdrawal history, and, if you connect an external wallet, your XRPL wallet address. We do not collect or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase; wallet connection and signing happen directly between you and Xaman (XUMM). Identity Verification Data: If you complete identity verification for higher withdrawal limits, your documents are submitted directly to and processed by our provider, Stripe Identity. We receive and store only a verified/not-verified status, not your submitted documents. Store and Shipping Data: If you purchase merchandise, we collect the shipping name and address you provide to Stripe at checkout, and store it with your order record so we can fulfill it. Derivative Data: Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and access times, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to: • Create and manage your account and player profile • Operate Challenges, the Leaderboard, and Fighters directory • Compute and display your fight archetype and statistics • Track and display your VII Token balance and order history • Process VII Token withdrawals, including applying Tier limits and identity verification requirements • Fulfill Store orders and communicate about shipping status • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, exploitation of Challenge or reward mechanics, and violations of our Terms of Service • Comply with legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations related to token issuance and withdrawal • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
VII Token, Wallet, and On-Chain Data
VII Tokens are issued on the XRP Ledger, a public blockchain. Once you withdraw VII Tokens to an external wallet, the transaction (including your wallet address and the amount transferred) becomes part of the public, permanent XRP Ledger and is visible to anyone. This on-chain data is not controlled by us and cannot be deleted by us or by you, even if you later close your PunchNFIT Arena account.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with, or rely on, the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy: • Firebase / Google: authentication and database hosting • Stripe: shipping payment processing and identity verification (Stripe Identity) • CoinGecko: public market price data (no personal information is sent) • Xaman (XUMM): XRPL wallet connection and transaction signing • ONE ecosystem: VII Token issuance on the XRP Ledger, via a server-to-server request that includes your destination wallet address and withdrawal amount, not your Google account details • Vercel: application hosting We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage required for authentication (Firebase session state) and basic site functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies on PunchNFIT Arena.
Data Retention
We retain account, gameplay, and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements, including retaining withdrawal and order records for standard financial recordkeeping periods even after account deletion.
Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including Firebase Authentication, server-side price and balance validation, and restricted-scope API credentials for third-party integrations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
PunchNFIT Arena is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. VII Token features involving real transferable value (earning, wallet connection, and withdrawal) are restricted to users 18 and older, as described in our Terms of Service. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will take steps to delete it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may review or update your account information at any time while signed in. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: go to Dashboard → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, fight history, and order history. No customer service contact is required. Deleting your account will not remove on-chain transaction history from the XRP Ledger, and we may retain limited records as described under "Data Retention." For any other privacy request, contact us using the information below.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related law, including the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and the right to request deletion, subject to certain exceptions (such as records we must retain for fraud prevention or legal compliance). To make a request, contact us using the information below.
International Users
PunchNFIT Arena is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
