Everything you need to know about VII Tokens, rewards, and withdrawals.
What is a VII Token?
VII is a digital token you earn by fighting ANNA-lite fighters in PunchNFIT Arena. Think of it as an in-game currency: you earn it by playing well, and you can spend it in the Store, or withdraw it to your own crypto wallet if you want to hold it outside the app. VII runs on the XRP Ledger, a public blockchain; that's just the technology that keeps track of who owns what, similar to how a bank keeps track of your balance, except no single company controls it.
The Plus Side: Why VII Is Worth Earning
• You earn it just by playing and improving, no separate purchase required to start earning. • You can spend it in-app on real physical merchandise through the Store. • You can withdraw it to your own wallet and it's yours to keep; you're not locked into PunchNFIT Arena to use it. • Withdrawals are available anytime, with no lock-up period.
The Minus Side: What You Should Know Before Relying on VII
• VII has no guaranteed value. It is not cash, not a stock, and not a promise of future value; its worth can go up, down, or even to zero. • The VII/USD price shown in the Store comes from a live market rate and can change between the moment you look at an item and the moment you check out. • Once you withdraw VII to your own wallet, PunchN no longer controls it. If you lose your wallet's private key or seed phrase, nobody, including us, can recover it for you. • Blockchain transactions can't be undone. If you send VII to the wrong address, it can't be reversed. • We may pause or limit reward-earning or withdrawal features in regions where local law doesn't allow them.
How Much VII Do I Earn Per Fight?
Your reward is based on how well you actually fight, not chance: • Landing combos that close in on your opponent's weakness earns +0.01 VII per combo. • Landing combos that move away from the weakness costs -0.01 VII per combo. • Winning the fight (a knockdown) adds a +0.5 VII bonus on top. • Your reward for a session never drops below 0. A rough fight will never take VII away from your existing balance, it just means you earned less (or nothing) that round. Reward amounts may change over time as we tune the game, and are never guaranteed in advance.
Do I Need to "Claim" My VII Tokens?
No separate claim step is needed. As soon as a Challenge ends, your earned VII is automatically added to your in-app balance and shows up on your Dashboard right away.
How Do I Spend VII on Merchandise?
Open the Store tab. Item prices are shown in VII at the current live rate. When you check out, the VII cost is deducted from your balance automatically. Shipping is billed separately by card through Stripe (VII can't be used to pay for shipping).
How Do I Withdraw VII to My Own Wallet?
1. Open the Bank page and connect a supported XRPL wallet using the Xaman app (available free on iOS/Android). 2. The first time you withdraw, your wallet needs a one-time "trust line" set up so it can hold VII; Xaman will walk you through approving this. 3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction in Xaman. 4. You can withdraw anytime, there's no waiting period or lock-up. Withdrawal limits (to manage fraud and comply with regulations): • Without identity verification: up to 500 VII per withdrawal, 1,000 VII per day. • With identity verification (a quick check through Stripe Identity): up to 5,000 VII per withdrawal, 10,000 VII per day. Once VII leaves your PunchN balance for your wallet, it's on the public blockchain, visible to anyone who looks up that wallet address, and no longer something PunchN can reverse or recover for you.
Is This Gambling?
No. Challenges are skill-based; what you earn depends on how you actually fight, not on random chance. If your local laws still treat any reward feature as a wager, it's your responsibility to check your eligibility, and we may restrict access in places where it isn't permitted.
What Happens If I Cheat or Abuse the System?
Using bots, macros, exploits, multiple accounts, or any other unauthorized method to inflate your VII, leaderboard position, or archetype is not allowed. VII Technologies, Corp may reverse rewards, reset stats, and suspend or permanently revoke accounts found doing this, at any time, with or without notice. How Do I Delete My Account?
On the web, sign in and go to your Dashboard, then scroll to the "Delete Account" section at the bottom and confirm. In the PunchNFIT app, open the pause menu during gameplay and select "Delete Account," then confirm. Either method permanently and immediately deletes your profile, fight history, and order history, no email or support request needed. Note: on-chain VII Token transaction history on the XRP Ledger is public and permanent, and can't be deleted, even after your account is removed.
